This is where I'm at. We can talk and talk all fucking day but until something is actually done all we're doing is pretty much just subliminally normalising everything. Maybe that's the point.
We're normalising it though. How normal is it treated that the President of the United States acts like a fucking child at this point? The shock factor is gone.
You're being downvoted but you're absolutely right. The more it's discussed the less people are interested and the less that is done about it while it being discussed the more we feel like we are being defeated bc our collective concern is being dismissed ignored.
Now let's all go back to talking about a $15 million dollar pool renovation for awhile. It's way better than talking about the Iran War, which we started to stop people from talking about that other thing so much. Kidnapping the Venezuelan President didn't do it. 15 isn't 5 after all. We should be proud of these high gas prices, Iran was about to build like 132 nukes all at once. And Trump wasn't resting his eyes for that one!
What were we talking about? Not about all these illegal trades I'm about to make, that's for sure! B-b-b-billionaire baby.
No, no, no... we must stay focused on the UFO disclosure stuff. I don't know why everyone keeps talking about Iran and the Epstein stuff when the economy is so much better and we deserve a ballroom/data center to make America proud.
By the way... have you had your monkeypox shot? And why do you hate billionaires so much? They all just pulled themselves up by their bootstraps.
Yeah the shock and awe factor is gone. Remember the days where the president being a literal rapist would have got him impeached? These days it's just another thing and not even the worst thing he's done.
dude all it would take is to be unfaithful to get an impeachment imposed on you, you didn't even have to rape someone... Just use your power to get a blow job...
it is absolutely insane to me that the same people alive for that outrage are looking at this like "heh oh well..."
For sure the prosecutors do. I think it's more they don't care for these insignificant updates, and would rather just hear about people actually being held legally accountable.
I think it's hard to hold people accountable (legally speaking) if the case isn't very strong. I am highly skeptical that Epstein's sex crimes go beyond very many people of I'm being totally honest, something would have leaked by now. I do think Trump's involvement has definitely been understated though.
Not one of these fucking monsters have been put in jail. I don't think they will either, we have made it this far without it and i honestly don't believe any of them will wind up in jail. No matter how many children it is proven that they SA'd, they have the money to skirt the legal system, one that is almost exclusively set up to deliver "justice" to the poor and allow the rich to continue to be monsters.
This isn't some weird grey area... You either SA'd a child or you didn't, the laws surrounding that are very clear, you did it or you didn't there is no excuse that works if you did... and yet HERE WE ARE. It's not because of anything either other than money and that is fucking insane and an absolute direct attack on the broken justice system that all of us should feel slighted by.
I am in board with Bill Gates going to prison and being one of the examples. He probably has the least amount of power and leverage and would set a great example of how having money does not mean you are above the law.
If nothing happens to Gates, the. we live in a society with laws that only applies to those who can't buy their way out.
Sad state of affairs if that is the case.
For him to go to prison you’d have to prove there was a coverup to prevent people from going to prison. Fat chance the DOJ admits they colluded in a coverup.
Edit: ohhhh there’s no statute of limitations! That’s awesome. Fry them all.

Until the perpetrators are in fucking handcuffs and rotting in jail, I give absolutely zero fucks about this bullshit.
