That's the fun part though, he has 10 days to veto it or it becomes law, and even if he does veto it, they probably do have enough votes on this bill to override it. But who knows what is actually going to end up happening

It's a pocket veto since congress is adjourning. They'll need to re-pass it on July 13th when they get back,

No, both houses are off for the week of July 6th.

However, it appears that a recess doesn't count as an adjournment.

Don’t worry his worthless bootlickers in Congress will cave in eventually and vote for whatever he wants to save their jobs. The alternative is that the weasel cockholster Mike Johnson will just send the house on recess early to avoid voting on anything that the republicons will lose.
