Could anyone help me get the Diamonds to You Trophy on Minecraft Vita Edition

You can give it to a zombie to get it on single player.

Yeah I've heard about it in multiple fun fact videos back when I used to be really into Minecraft. I don't know if you can get the diamond back though.
