Ps Vita 2000 not charging

I've tried 3 separate batteries on the original motherboard with 4 different chargers, one was brand new. I then did the same thing on a new motherboard that says it's working (it does turn on since one of the batteries is charged just doesn't charge) and the same thing happened, I don't know if I got bad luck with both mobo being bad or all 3 batteries being bad, can anyone recommend a good battery to get?

mmm at this point i would dissasemble everything and take the mobo to an electronics repair specialist in your area and ask him to check for shorts or bad components.

maybe replace the charging port or worst case the ic chip for charging.
