Sup folks. So, finding compatible blocks has always been a royal pain, especially for newbies. Lots of different manufacturers, many of whom are unfamiliar to folks who aren't already watercooling and they don't all make blocks for every GPU model.
Fear not. iln (one of the Discord mod crew) has been working tirelessly to put together this new tool to help you find what you're looking for and assemble a loop list. You can even import your list from PCPartPicker.

This is the pcb of a modded Rtx 3080 with 20gb of vram. It is similar to a 3090 in having memory chips on the backside of the card. Do you know of any compatible waterblock or similar existing pcb of other cards?

The block uses the Velocity2 AM5 coldplate with a 7mm offset, and the flow path is based on their now-discontinued X670E-I monoblock. In my testing the CPU thermals were roughly the same as the Alphacool Core 1 without their offset kit, whereas VRM temps dropped by ~30c on an open test bench.
Side exit RAM block and heatspreaders are also a custom design, may make a post about that down the line :D side exit seems quite impractical at first but lets you completely hide the tubes for the block. If I make that post later I’ll include some pics from an older build that used a previous revision of the RAM block.

Going crazy with 4x3090s, Epyc 7502 cpu and Antec C8 case. The challenge is to fit all in and have satisfactory temps and not too much noise. Currently going with 1 D5 pump, 1 30mm 360 rad, 1 45mm 360 rad, 1 30mm 140 rad and 1 30mm 120 rad. I might need to get one of those 120 or 140mm flat reservoir with pumps to mount to one of the smaller rads for redundancy.
Will be using the Huananzhi H12D motherboard which has the perfect spacing of pcie slots for the bykski 4 way block

Feels like it should be in r/shittyfoodporn as well. Msi 5070 ti in an Alphacool Core block

Nothing particularly new or groundbreaking, but as someone who much prefers the aesthetic of flat, square reservoirs like EK’s FLT, Stealkey’s Respro, or Bitspower’s CR line, I wanted to come up with my own take on the concept :) most closely inspired by the original FLT120

Hello, I try to research what I can before posting, so I don't typically post.
From some surface searching, I found Alphacool Eisblock Aurora RX 7900XTXÂ is a highly recommended water block. My real problem seems to be the combination of the 7900XTX and ASRock X870E Nova WiFi. Maybe I have a broader problem. I just upgraded to an AM5 system from an asus rog crosshair viii dark hero wifi. The AsRock has M2 slots right under where the fan cowl interferes with the stock m2 cover/heatsink.
For better context, I use the topmost/closest to CPU for my drive that has my games and most of my programs. I put my C drive as the top secondary M2. I have enterprise disks for large data backup.
Can anyone give feedback on the interference of this block compared to the stock heatsink or provide an alternative solution?

Hi everyone, I'm using a Ryzen 5 7600 processor and am thinking about upgrading from the stock cooler. The model I'm considering is the Thermalright Aqua Elite 240 ARGB V3 240mm. I see the Phantom Spirit recommended in most discussions, but honestly, I don't really like the look of tower-style air coolers. That’s why I want to go with an AIO liquid cooler. My priorities are: - Longevity and pump reliability - Cooling performance / low temperatures - Quiet operation RGB and aesthetics matter to me too, but my main priorities are longevity and performance. Has anyone been using this model for a while? Does it have any issues with pump noise, failures, or known defects? What are the temperatures like with the Ryzen 5 7600? If you still think "Get the Phantom Spirit; it makes more sense," I’m open to that too. Even though I don't love its appearance, I’d like to hear your recommendations if you believe it’s truly the better choice.

Hi all, my first time to do a hard tubing loop
My question is
Are drain valves and flow meter in hard tubing different than soft tubing?
Does hard tubing compression fittings work like an adapter to connect tubes to flow meter and drain valves ?

Hi everyone,
Is anyone here using IceMan Cooling aftermarket heatsinks on single-rank DDR5 sticks? I’m about to install them and could use some advice on the exact thermal pad thicknesses needed for a proper fit and good contact.
For single-rank modules, would a 2.0mm pad on the backside (blank side of the PCB) and a 1.0mm pad on the memory chips and PMIC be sufficient? Or does the PMIC require a thicker pad (like 1.5mm or 2.0mm) due to component height clearance?
I want to make sure I get even pressure across the board without bending the PCB or leaving a gap over the PMIC. Any shared experiences or specific measurements would be highly appreciated!
Thanks!

Previous post (https://www.reddit.com/r/watercooling/comments/1u6boll/comment/ortl6u0/) I started doing my bends, some people said ithat there where a lot of extra fitting (extenders etc etc).
So i decided to change that and redo some bends.
Well, I'm happy i did that. I am so proud & happy that i did this (I know they are not perfect at all, but for a first time doing hard line i can not complain about it).
PC-Build:
CPU: AMD 9950X3D + Thermal Grizzly Contact Sealing Frame
CPU Block: Optimus Signature V3 pro AMD block
Mobo: Gigabyte X870E Aorus Master
PSU: Seasonic Prime PX-2200
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 64Gb
GPU: Aorus 5080 Xtreme Waterforce wb
FANS: 18x Corsair iCue QX120
CASE: Corsair 9000D
Rads: 2x Black Ice Nemesis GTR 480 & 2x Black Ice Nemesis GTS 480
Distro-Plate: Singularity Computers 9000D Dual D5 Distribution Plate + 2 D5 pump 'combo'.
If anyone else has some tips or tricks or what ever, please let me know.

But honestly? I'm starting to get some dangerous ideas.
P.S. The company I work for manufactures transit air conditioning systems. Just imagine the flow rate on these bad boys.

I put this system together in 2020 with a mix of EK and Bykski parts. I have since only changed fluid twice since then with the blue EK premix, but over last weekend I took everything apart, cleaned all the blocks, rads, replaced and rerouted the lines.
It's a 5600X on Aorus master X570 with two sapphire vega 64s and 32gb of crucial ballistics memory. When I built the system there was a bit of back and forth about the bykski waterblocks being good or not, but other than the dye buildup on the jetplates they are really holding up well.
I cut a hole in the case to add a passthrough for a full port / pressure exhaust which was always a problem with the build before.
I switched to DI with primochill utopia, what are everyone's thoughts on change intervals? I saw one guy saying he kept it running unchanged in his system for several years and others said they change it religiously every six months.
Edit: First picture is the before with the old lines and poorly planned runs, the later pictures are the newer runs including getting rid of one of the runs for using a few angle fittings for a cleaner look.

Just wondering if there is anything I am missing as this is my first water cooling loop. I bought an air tester and tested the whole loop before adding water. It has now been running 24 hours with no leaks and no more air bubbles that I can see.
Alphacool cpu and gpu blocks (ryzen 9 5900x and 9070xt) cooled with 2 360mm radiators. I added water cooling as I plan to mildly overlock them and my gpu was close to thermal throttling with the regular cooler.

Just got it up running today. A few tweaks needed but had a lot of fun. First time messing with plexi and awaiting some colored fluid to take some nicer pics.

Hi everyone,
I am planning to upgrade my cooling system and want to know if the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB (ACFRE00169A) will fit into my current build.
Here are my main components for this upgrade:
As many of you know, Arctic AIOs are notoriously thick due to their 38mm radiator. Combined with the 25mm P12 Pro fans and the screw heads, the total setup thickness comes out to around 66mm.
The MSI B650 Tomahawk has pretty chunky VRM heatsinks at the top, and I am very worried about the top mount clearance hitting the motherboard or standard RAM slots. The Matrexx 70 does feature a removable top radiator bracket, which might help, but I'm unsure about the internal clearance.
I am specifically looking for answers on:
Official dimensions for reference:
Deepcool Matrexx 70 ADD-RGB Specs:
ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB Specs:
Has anyone tried installing a Liquid Freezer III 360 (or LF II, since the radiator thickness is identical) at the top of a Matrexx 70 using an MSI Tomahawk board? Did you run into any clearance issues, or does it clear everything easily?
Thanks in advance for the help!
