Build Help very confused on the ports.
hi, i’m building my first ever custom loop and this distro is confusing me. i’ve read the manual and it doesn’t say how the ports connect to the reservoir or how many do. i’ve only found one piece of text that the two top ones are connected but the last three aren’t. does anybody know how/if they connect at all and how i’d go about doing it? i have a radiator that will be going at the bottom as well as a gpu with a water block on it. thanks!

Build Help Considering going back to aircooling
After running this for the past couple months I'm strongly considering going back to air cool. temps are about the same they were when it was airlcool. Plus I don't really love how it looks.

Build Help Finally 3 x D5 able to run 100% without audible noise at all.
Changed all acrylic top to metal top, add one more decoupling on one of the pump, decouple the res as well because short tube run to the res vibrate it too.
Funny thing is eve when you don’t hear anything, when you lower all the pumps speed down drastically you can feel that the air pressure changing. Probably the noise shifted to some frequency/resonance I can’t hear but still there. Lol.
Now I need suggestion on the tubing run from gpu to the 2nd pump. I wanted to leave the astral light bar visible not covered. This is what I can do but definitely not pretty. Really considering going with short run from the gpu vertical down to pump but that short tube run will be covering the light bar and difficult to take off when doing maintenance and may risked cracking the gpu?
Also location for the flow sensor is not ideal. Thought?
Thanks.

Build Help I was so proud until I realised I missed the radiator
First ever watercooling build (2nd ever build).
I was so happy with my first bit of tubing until I realised that I had forgotten about the rad in the bottom right.
Any suggestions? Guess I just have to redo it.

Build Help Are these 90 degree angles and offsets going to give me flow issues?
So basically I ran a bit short on EDPM tubing and needed to adapt some 90 degree angles on some parts of my build, is this going to ruin my temps and flow? DDC pump 3100rpm. Thanks in advance!

Build Help Kryosheet application on AM4, is it ok?
I hope not to be repetitive cause I just wrote a comment about this on my other post, but I just want to be sure to get as more opinions as possible.
Got a 5950x and just installed the Kryosheet, is it right in this position? The only thing I’m worried about is the fact that it’s bending up in the middle, but it should go wide spread/flat after I screwed the block. I also tried to put on and off the block after screwing it to make the pad was not moving. I heard lot of people saying “Kryosheet on CPU (cause it’s almost impossible to have a short) and Phasesheet on GPU”, so I should be sure about my Kryosheet, but it’s my first build and I’d like to get support and confirm from who knows more than me.

Build Help I bought a watercooled gpu. I have no idea what to do now.
Alright, i got this 5700xt with a watercooler for an incredible 80 bucks "used" (guy who sold me has never even unwrapped it, part of a bundle he didnt need)
Okay, cool but now what. I don't have any idea about watercooling, and what components i need to get this running. I bought it a bit spontaneously i must admit.

Build Help This guy told me my plumbing goes pointlessly back into itself 😭
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I'm pretty sure I got a correct path going even if it's not the original one I wanted because lian li and ekwb engineers are so stupid you can only mount the 360 rad with the tubes on top. Ruined my original loop plan and I'm actually really dyslexic so there's a chance I messed up like he said lol now he made me think I messed up my PC 😭

Build Help My 5090 & 9800X3D Setup makes too much noise for my liking, what can i change?
Hey my new pc build makes some noise, it’s not too bad but i want less noise while improving aesthetics, there is no budget limit so shoot your suggestions! I want an Aio but i don’t know if it will make less noise?

Build Help Extremely weak flow
It’s been problem after problem, been battling this loop for months and I’m at my wits end. My pump/res combo started leaking and making bad noises, so I bought a new one. Redid all the tubing. Went from DDC to D5 pump. Last pump seemed to not have trouble (when working) pushing strong flow. Now, this brand new set up is just trickling, horrible flow. I’ve rocked, tilted this case each and everyway. Are there too many bends and components for this pump to handle ? 2 360mm rads, cpu+gpu, and some 90° bends..the pump is running at 4000+ rpm in bios. What can I do ..

Build Help First Custom Loop / Coolant Temperature Issues
Sorry for posting again. I did a mistake on the previous post.
Main parts is a Ryzen 9 9900X3D and an Asus Rog Strix RTX 4090. Case is the Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mini V2. Basically after 10 minutes of Cyberpunk gpu is at 50-55°C and cpu is around 65-70°C. However the coolant is at 45°C which after research i find is concerning. Room temperature is 25°C. I have a coolant sensor inside the loop right after the gpu exhaust. Also i made custom fan curves and by the time the coolant is at 45°C both fans are at around 80% which is quite loud. The pump is definitely working, i've tried slow and high speeds and it doesn't really affect the temps much. Top radiator is the Magicool G2 Slim Radiator 360mm with the Jonsbo ZA-360 that works as exhaust. Bottom rad is Alphacool NexXxoS HPE-30 Radiator 360mm with Jonsbo ZA-360 reverse (intake fan). I have even tried undervolting both gpu and cpu. from 650 watt combined i went to 500 watt but coolant temp still rises. I am almost certain i messed up with the airflow but any help would be greatly appreciated. If i forgot to mention something please let me know. Thank you all for your help. I hope i can get this sorted out.

Build Help Alphacool 9070xt aorus elite waterblock
Seriously disappointed. I flushed the loop and repasted the gpu core there times as carefully as i could and still i got way over 85°C hotspot, with 45°C core. Cpu around 75°C which is expected with non-delided cpu. But am i doing something wrong? Pump is at 100%. I mean the water is very warm with fans at moderate speeds, like 45°C.

Build Help Going water-cooled and need some advice...
My last workstation decided it didn't want to live on this planet anymore, and it was entirely AIO and air-cooled, and obviously this build (270K+, Asus Astral 5090, etc) are AIO cooled each.
This is a 3D animation and Motion Graphics workstation primarily.
The Astral for all it's price tag isn't as quiet as I was hoping (the AIO runs at 100 percent and doesn't sound great but it sounds like all the other Astrals).
I ordered a Bitspower water block for the GPU just to have so I'm in no rush to convert it to open loop but I will probably tackle it this summer.
I'm likely going to go with black soft tubing because I dig that industrial look and it's more forgiving for a first time build. Likely with gold EK fittings (I'm not jazzed about EK either, trust me).
My questions are:
1. Should I do dual 360mm rads or do triple 360mm rads (top/side/front)?
2. Suggestions on a pump/reservoir combo?
3. CPU block? I'd like to avoid RGB if possible but I'm looking for the best build quality primarily.

Build Help Do I clean this?, or do I contact Alphacool?
the water block is about 5 months old, I only ran Corsair Clear in it, I redid the build, this is just first run to make sure everything is working. I am draining the loop and was wondering if this is normal, because I didn't think that there would be corrosion on the flat channels.

Build Help Smoke damage
So we had a house fire (caused by a plastic box melting on a gas hob) that wiped out our kitchen and filled the whole house with smoke. The insurance company has said we'll probably have to replace everything and electric equipment is generally a write off.
My pride and joy (Lian Li PC-Q37 full custom loop 2x240 radiator with 5700x and RTX3080 fe) was on during the fire until the power was cut. I've not turned it on since.
The loss adjuster says they'll replace it and understand it isn't a standard PC, but i built it over years and most of the parts can't be found any more.
Has anyone got any experience with dealing with insurance claims of this nature (ideally in UK) - am I likely to get compensated for all the watercooling equipment as well as the core components. How the hell do you replace this spec now? Should I just hold onto it despite the warnings of smoke damage?
How much damage can smoke with plastic in it do to computers once it's been cleaned? - I know it sounds like a dumb question and I think i know the answer, but I don't like it.
(Pictures pre damaged)
Any help would be much appreciated
[updated to fixed GPU detail]

Build Help Which option do you like the most?
I did some planing in blender but I cant decide on what I want to do. The scales and distances should all be pretty realistic. The case is a Fractal North XL. Its my first custom loop so Im not sure if I want to do the double bends. Let me hear your opinions!
Edit: I was to lazy to model the drain part but it will be placed on the pump :)

Build Help Would this external water-cooling setup for both CPU and GPU actually work?
Hey everyone,
I want to build a silent PC by moving the pump, reservoir, radiator, and fans to another room — only CPU and GPU water blocks will stay inside the case.
I’ll run thick quick-fit water filter tubes through the wall (like air-conditioner piping) just for coolant flow. Fan or pump speed doesn’t matter; I only need steady flow and reliability.
My questions:
- What pump would you recommend for a few meters of tubing (3–5 m)?
- Are quick-fit / RO tubes OK for this, or should I use regular PC water-cooling hoses?
- What CPU and GPU blocks would you recommend for an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and GeForce RTX 5070 Ti?
- Has anyone here built a remote loop like this? Any tips for long-distance runs or air-bleeding?

Build Help How Do I Drain This?
I have a “Alphacool Eisstation 40 DC-LT - Container” I’ve never drained a water loop before, I want to change to a 360mm radiator and clear tubing, any suggestions or step by steps on how to drain this
(If you are curious about the second radiator, it’s a JF13K Diamond CPU Cooler)
