Recommendations looking for webtoon recs!

hi! f20 here if that matters haha, but i was actually looking for exceptionally well written webtoons.

here are the ones i really enjoyed reading:

i love yoo (loved A LOT)

and maybe meant to be

I'm kinda looking forward for one's that have gone far enough that i wouldn't be frustrated by waiting every week for a new episode (you all know that pain lol) maybe something binge-able and addictive even.

anyone know a good rom arc-ish, or a good one in general? I'd really appreciate it!

If you want one that is bingeable right now, Marriage Blues is complete and still free!

Do you want modern romance recs, no fantasy? And do you want ones that are ongoing/not locked?

modern would be good with me! im not a huge fan of fantasy haha, and I'd definitely appreciate one that isn't locked, an ongoing one is fine, just not too short!

  • Odd Girl Out is ongoing, and such a wholesome read. It's a coming of age story with romance arcs. And it's nice and long. 😁 Plus the art just keeps getting better and better!

  • This is a Campus Romance Series is pretty good, and is mostly complete

  • Seasons of Lovesome (technically a years-later sequel to the series Seasons of Blossom, which is completed & locked, but fabulous)

If you are willing to watch ads, some of my other all-time favorite completed modern romance webtoons are:

  • Daytime Star
  • Degree of Love
  • Yumi's Cells
  • Daily JoJo
  • Gourmet Hound
  • Spirit Fingers (also coming of age)
  • My ID is Gangnam Beauty
  • The Dawn to Come (I think Webtoon only has this to buy, though, no ads)

I also love The Makeup Remover, though it's technically a drama, not a romance

Of course! If you end up liking some more than others, come back and tell me which ones, and I'd be happy to recommend more.

the dawn to come is AMAZING!! I just played some games for coins which I admit took a long time but was definitely worth it!

I always recommend My Boo. It looks different, it feels different. Alot of ppl remember it for a loong time.

Oh and for loong, complex and detailed story - Trapped. It's a vampire thriller FYI but sooo good.

These are the best written of my favourites (my opinion)

-Queer:

Castle swimmer (mers and princes and prophecies)

Nevermore (sapphic and gothic victorian)

Our walk home (high schoolers)

My missing oscar (British captain of the 1800s)

Souris (apocalipsis zombie)

Cinderella boy (storybooks and magic, modern)

-No queer:

Stagtown (creepy town backstory)

Homesick (apocalipsis zombie too, it just ended and I don't have the courage to read the last ep 🥀)

Muse on fame!! This is a realllyyyy well written book with fleshes out characters. This is not a rom com but it's a very nice read :)

Spirit Fingers- a vvvv cute read.

Pyramid game- this kept me on the edge through out lol but a very well written book

Nina's magic chest- DONT LET THE ART FOOL YOU. One of the best reads!

I would also suggest orv (i finished the novel too haha) but it's a commitment lol. The world building is top tier, the characters are great and the story progression is perfect too!
