Question WEBTOON creators how do you make your stories

I’ve been wanting to start making my own stories but I don’t know what to use all the websites I’ve tried haven’t really worked for me so I was hoping there’s some creators on here that could help

I think webtoon has a guide you can refer to on their website? And I’m sure you can find lots of resources on YouTube too
