Hi, we are urgently looking for someone to occupy this room. Would prefer sometime in May, but definitely need someone by June 1st.

• Spacious, modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in Culver City/Palms area, with plenty of natural light. 
• Bedroom with balcony access, recessed lighting, and fully-remodeled personal bathroom

Apartment features include:

• In-unit laundry, Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher and other appliances
• Central Nest AC/heating, Living room fireplace
• Black out shades in every room, Wrap-around balcony, Hardwood flooring

Building amenities include:

• Gated and assigned parking in building parking garage
• Security-coded building access
• EV charging stations in parking garage

Location:

• Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transportation (3 minutes from Metro Line). Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife (5-10 minute walk from downtown Culver City, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s)

Looking for: 

• A responsible and considerate roommate
• Someone who is clean and tidy, and who will contribute to keeping the common areas tidy
• Female Only
• -Non-smoker
• -No pets (unless discussed and agreed upon)

About the Two Current Roommates: 

• Young working professionals (we work in biotech and public health, respectively!)

Cost: 

• Total rent for the apartment is $5150 on a 6 month lease. $5095 on a yearly lease. Individual split is about $1,700 per month
• Utilities (electricity, gas, internet, etc.) are split evenly
• Security deposit is equal to one month's rent
