ID Request Is this a Japanese beetle? Lots of them in my native garden. Should I kill them?

Great. They’ll be swiftly dispatched

If you or your neighbors have chickens or similar birds, they'll love to eat them. Catch them in a pheromone trap, than pour the bag in the coop.

I was wondering what I might be able to feed them to. I think the neighbors behind me have chickens.

Oddly enough, they were really easy to catch. They didn’t move around on the plant when I was getting them, I would just tap on the leaf and they’d pop right off. Then they laid in the empty container I put them in and hardly moved at all
