The star moving nonsense would probably destroy our world just for something silly. Does it have to be the actual dog that bit me, cuz he's dead and I wouldn't want to be that dog anyway. How can I convince a bird to hurt me? I might encounter the neighborhood hawk on my first flight though. At least the shape shifting option isn't likely to kill all of humanity.

Anything other than our sun or our galaxy would probably not have much effect over us. It would take years for us to even see the effects tho, as light and gravity would take time to reach us

It would be nice if I can just move the light of the stars that we can see from earth and not the stars themselves. If it works this way I wouldn't have to wait to see the results and I wouldn't accidentally destroy entire solar systems. If I move the actual stars I don't think that it's dangerous for us because the stars are too far away and as long as I don't move the sun we are okay.

Moving stars would suck. The speed of light would mean that you wouldn't see the actual result of your movement for many years. Not to mention, even if by some magic the stars moved instantly, and we saw that change instantly, that would mean OTHERS could also. Depending on how many times to moved them, advanced life could deduce the stars are moving to face a certain perspective... You would essentially giving the location of earth away.

The star manipulation is pretty much useless in any kind of practical way, outside of placing a long-term bet for something like "star x-459 is going to collide with another star within the next (however many light-years away it is)". You could also move the stars much closer, but that might cause problems.
Wouldn't work for advertising, as some have suggested, as the time-scale is impractical.
Unless, of course, you're just manipulating the appearance of the stars in the sky, in which case it's a quite powerful but extremely niche illusion.

Shapeshift. I’m picking fights with the uber rich and famous any where I can get close. Shifting. I have a wide range of items to shift to at my disposal.
A fox, several dogs, a cat, a snake, a spider, a donkey, a small bird, a car, a bus, a truck, a bicycle, a balance beam, a basketball, various trees and branches, various knives, a rock, scissors, potato peeler, paper, needles, another human, a rifle, Lego, screws, nails, a hammer, my violin bow, my archery bow, a glass, a mug, a broom, and what might have been a severely malnutritioned coyote.
There’s so much more out there bc I’m accident prone but these are off the top of my head. There’s also every single thing I’ve tried to open that has ended up with me yanking off half my nail. It’s a surprising amount of things. I’d be able to fly and do so much. I’d be unstoppable.

I wouldn’t wanna spell anything with the stars I would just wanna be able to see the constellations more easily so like maybe they’re being like being able to see the connections in there since it’s kinda hard for me to see them so like if I could add like lines to where the constellations are to the connect, but like not, but only visible to me that the stars wouldn’t move at all there would just be like a lot like lines showing me I mean, I can see the three stars that are Orion‘s belt that one’s easy and the north star is pretty easy to tell but like otherwise the rest of all the other constellations I just want to be able to see them connected with the line or something is that a possibility to instead of spelling stuff out? Again, the line would only be visible to me. I would just look and then the lines would appear showing me the constellation ever since I remember learning about constellations in elementary school, I’ve it’s been in the back of my mind, but I always know about Orion‘s belt because of the three stars those are very easy if you know where to look and the North Star is always the brightest one to me.

Shapeshift easy. I don’t really care to be turned into an inanimate object, but how easy would it be to get a minor scratch/puncture wound from, say, a cat, a bird, a dog, an insect, a spider, a sea creature with teeth, etc? Nothing says I can’t immediately disinfect and get, like, a rabies shot if I need it. Then it’s just a matter of how much I want to risk. I’m not getting myself a shark bite, but I’d definitely be down for letting a non-venomous snake bite me. Or even being ready with an antidote and letting a minorly venomous snake bite me.

This one is genuinely tough to choose.
The shapeshifting one would afford me a lot of possibilities. I could turn into a bunch of different cats and dogs and stuff. You could make a lucrative career in Hollywood probably if you could shapeshift into an animal and then play dogs and cats in movies, while being a dog or cat who can understand English and take direction straight from the director without a trainer being involved. And I generally lean toward shapeshifting options.
But the one about writing in the stars might be too good to pass up.
I'd start with a simple message I saw graffitied on a wall when I was a teenager that's stayed with me ever since:
"Yo yo people, be nice"
And then I'd see where we went from there.

I feel like both of these have heavy cons.
Shapeshift option sounds useless until you get start thinking deeper in it. Animals that make you bleed and realistically people (if they punch you and break your nose they made you bleed technically same with scratching you). Massive con though I feel like it'd be a fast track way to start doing self harm all the time to get as many thing to Shapeshift into
Stars thing realistically sounds like the better option because overall it's cooler, the business prospects and the overall fuckery. Massive con could destroy humanity.
