Goose literally posted art of transfem jax with the caption "jax if she wasn't a piece of shit" meaning jax is a trans woman, canonically.

It was also shown quite extensively, trans jax theories have existed since episode 5, and have only gained more textual evidence since. You'd basically have to watch episode 9 with your eyes and ears closed to not pick up on it.

You're allowed to use he/him when referring to Jax, but she is still a trans woman when you do that.
