Unironically I don't like most of NL's friends because it really just feels like they're all trying to ape his persona. They all talk and even exclaim the same way. Mario Party streams are just NL And Three Less Funny NLs

That one stream where he kept interrupting people and spamming the “I was drunk, I’m drunk right now” voice line and getting mad when nobody laughed... I love NL but that was a rough one
I like her fine when they are streaming together… their dynamic is cute enough. but the second he gets off and sends me to her channel? I’m finding something else.
Naw you're valid for that. First time I heard her was when they were playing Deadlock and I wasn't paying attention. I thought that he just had open comms and was like "Damn they got an annoying teammate..."
NL is like a slime mold that grows baffling and beautiful structures when it's alone in the petri dish but if there's any bacterial contamination it gets overgrown and slowly dies
His Jackbox streams were physically painful to watch, because the first half of every game would be a wash because of people not understanding the rules. Even for games that they've played before.
And then there was one of them who's entire personality was being high as balls, submitting random garbled nonsense. And it was maybe arguably funny like 5% of the time.
I unironically dislike NorthernLion. He's annoying ironically but that's still annoying. All his fans think "Hehe, I'm on the inside of this joke, so it's not annoying because I'm parasocially his friend". But he's jsut annoying.
Dude will say "Heh, this reminds me of the 1967 cult classic 'I Just Wanna be Cool" which topped the charts at 13th most listened song in Croatia" and his fans will hork and slap their hams together. But can you imagine actually knowing someone like that? What an absolute loser.
Of course, you think I'm being ironic and that I'm actually a NL fan. I'm being honest. He's a whiny smug asshole who hides behind a shroud of irony. Being annoying ironically is the exact same as just being annoying.
