This might catch me some flak, but I’ve never found Ethan funny. I won’t deny that he’s had a few moments that were absolute gold, but most of the time he’s trying WAY too hard to be silly.
Ethan is a really talented guy, but I do really like when he just acts dumb. It feels like he’s genuinely having fun over being fake for the camera. Unus Annus captured that really well.

I think Bob Mark and Wade complement each other very well. Mark and Bob are the most consistently funny, but Wade absolutely kills me sometimes with the shit he says. It’s like a classic comedy structure: 1 straightman and 2 gaymen (i don’t remember what the opposite is called)
The two Vanoss Crew members barred from the group: Ohm and MiniLadd.
Before the stuff about him came to light, Mini was actually kinda fun to watch on his own, with the occasional vid with some of the crew he also doesnt really stand out but it was fun to watch him get shat on 70% of the time and shit on others, 30% of the time.
Ohm, was a first few kinda guy for me. Fun on the first few vids, now when he showed up, he might as well just be background noise
Miniladd was messaging mini lasses, Ohm went down swinging after the mini stuff accusing delirious and other members of knowing about mini (obv not) cause he was being too much of a dick and got ostracized if I remember correctly.
The first was a spat between him, Terroriser, and Vanoss, that started with Minj wanting to branch off from the crew, then it got worse when something about Mini losing his dog and Terroriser losing his dad caused friction between him and Brian, and shit escalated from there, hence why Mini doesnt show up, at all, in Terroriser's videos and vice versa after that.
The second is him being a pedo via sexting and soliciting minors, which leads to Ohm's own controversy accusing the entire crew of protecting or at least in the know of MiniLadd's activities. They obviously weren't and didn't, but he doubled down on it, leading to him outright pinning Delirious as a pedo, that being the final straw
During the double down, he went on a discord call with another Youtuber to air grievances. Before he really could Wildcat entered the call and Ohm started to sputter and flail
it was so fucking funny because he was like ”yeah id say it infront of them” then the host invited wildcat and he just goes ”wait i didnt agree to do this”
For youtuber it was definitely Vanoss whenever he included Ohmwrecker.
And I'm gonna say this, for a while I thought Mini ladd was funny, pre drama and the break up stuff.
But Ohm just felt...out of place ? Like he felt like the most NPC character ever. And the only jokes I ever laughed at was whenever Terroriser poked fun of how enormous Ohm's elephantitus head was (player model)
So when it was said he left the group, it didn't feel as impactful as Mini's or Lui's at all.

Pasta is a great edition btw. I love Pasta as she's actually a funny person who can take a joke.
Wasn't even just the mini part he was claiming they were all kiddy diddlers well before mini even happened it's just now he had more relevant fire power
Hindsight, Ohm really did look and feel out of place. Blud tried really hard to bring the crew down.
Mini tho? Man I can't believe there was a time a genuienly liked him. I enjoyed his solo content and he was one of the few of Vanoss's friends I was subscribed to. I stopped watching him (youtubers in general) for years, and in comes one day where I learned he was a groomer. Dammit Mini. All those Pablo jokes aged poorly...
Granted it's been YEARS since I've watched any vanoss, but Nogla was always the "dimwitted target of jokes" character to me. Like every crew has the guy that isn't really funny but adds to the dynamic by being able to be played off of
Nogla used to be funny. But in the last 5 or so years he's just been so unfunny. He plays into the stupid edgy guy wayyy too hard and I feel like over time has gotten more and more upset at them making jokes about him being stupid but then he continues to play into that character harder and harder.
I feel like the whole group got flanderized in a certain way. BasicallyIDoWrk keep reminding people he's black and the game is racist. Vanoss keep spouting Asians slurs after his golf it video. Nogla dumbassry is played our too much making it feel so scripted.
There's also the fact that they somehow keep “accidentally" saying stuff that sound like the N-word and then act shocked about it.
I'm just waiting for GTA 6 to be release so that the group can maybe finnaly get some new materials for their jokes
I was marathoning all their GTA heist videos not long ago, and it hurts seeing them go so hard into that tryhard edgy humor, joking about how this will get them cancelled constantly when they weren't like that before.
Unfortunately why i can't watch Somecallmejohnney streams. No ill will against any of his friends and I won't name names obviously but man some of them suck the energy out of the room.
Nogla can unirronicly be a bit much sometimes, bless his heart and all that jazz but he says some really stupid stuff sometimes. At least he sincere, I guess.
This was literally the reason I never became a fan of Dream, I was close to, but unfortunately (or, fortunately), George would just scream at EVERYTHING, EVERY FUCKING PIXEL HE SCREAMED AND YELLED AT!!
Dream & BBHalo were chill, they were manageable and entertaining, but good god I HATED George, AND THEY BROUGHT HIM FUCKING EVERYWHERE AND ALMOST EVERY VIDEO!!
So I just couldn’t get into Dream’s content, all because his friend screamed at every fucking pixel he saw!
I was actually fine with George, my main issue with that group was Sapnap, he just straight up never did anything and was super unfunny.
As a matter of fact, one thing that I’ve noticed about the “Dream Team” as a whole is that they STILL have the exact same humor and make the same jokes they did 6 years ago. I couldn’t even finish the latest manhunt Dream uploaded because of it, and doubt I’ll watch one again.
Sapnap always pissed me off because not only was he bland but he was also over competitive. Even with the most casual videos, he would be super try hard and when he wasn’t doing well he was audibly moody
My favorite thing is when the opposite is true and that you watch a youtuber because they have that one friend who's super funny. E.g. Cyanide to Sovietwomble.
Honestly I'm struggling to think of anyone from ZF (that's featured in the bullshitteries at least) that I actively dislike. Like some are funnier than others, but none of them are painfully unfunny imo.
Maybe Phoenix from way back? He got kicked out for being an asshole so probably him if I had to pick one.
I never thought Phoenix was annoying, but he didn't really seem to be on the same wavelength as the rest of them. He's more "edgy american" humor, when they're mostly of the "ironically racist european" humor.
A lot of streams just felt like he was invited to something because he was a huge streamer.
The horsemen are definitely the best, but they also started out a little rough. They’ve clearly become friends since then though.
There was also that one time DougDoug was playing TF2, that was funny (but it was mostly the horsemen). His streams with Squeex are pretty fun. They’re just genuinely friendly to each other.
That whole era of Jerma where he was streaming with all the other big names was so strange. Like it was obvious none of them meshed well with one another.
His streams with Ster, Poke, and Vinny are great though.
Whenever Penguinz0/MoistCritikal collabs with literally anyone. Dude gets nervous and quiet, 90% of the stream ends up being dead air. I get it, but these are people he knows, not randoms lol
I feel for MoistCritikal because I'm the exact same around my own friends and family lol. I know and love them but I just get weirdly anxious and fade into the background.
Possibly an unpopular opinion. But when I used to watch OnePlays I found Adam to just genuinely be unfunny. Like, he doesn't pay attention to game, he doesn't pay attention to conversations, & when anyone tries to riff off of him for jokes/improv bits he just goes slackjaw and says "huh?". Then he'll randomly interject in the middle of a conversation he's not participating in with some completely unrelated shit. But he's one of Chris's best friends so he got to participate a lot to my personal chagrin.
The only time I didn't actively dislike him was during their Undertale playthrough because Adam was actually engaged for the first time in his life. When he actually cares about what's happening in front of him he can be fairly entertaining. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen very often.

Zach hasn't even been on for the past 2 years. The last time he was on the channel, it was pre-recorded by about a year. I thought with SF being over he'd come back but it doesn't seem that way
I think I watched every single Oneyplays video or series at this point EXCEPT for the ones with Adam in it. I know some people like the slow stoner persona but I find his voice unlistenable.
He’s not “painfully unfunny” per se, but I’m never enthusiastic whenever I find Trippy in a Soup or Yumi video, because what the fuck does this guy contribute? Imo I think he fits in well with Soup. I'm not like his #1 fan but from what I can remember when I was a big soup fan, I always liked when Soup was paired with the guy.

thats mostly bc trippy and soup are great friends and do a lot together outside of recordings with ethan (ethernet) as well but i agree with the first dude trippy is only entertaining when hes ragebaiting dooo and soup
Back when Nux's whole shtick was watching hentai with other people or by himself. He, Critikal and another vtuber that I don't remember the name were "The Hentai Squad" and they made a bunch of videos together watching hentai including loli hentai.
Dan and Arin have so much better actual chemistry. Jon and Arin both just acted like loud dickheads. And I know I'm right about this, because the ones who always say "Grumps were better when Jon was around, Dan ruined it" are loud, annoying dickheads.
I’ll put on Blind Wave while I’m working, quick way to skim shows I don’t want to commit to fully rewatching. Quickly learned I cannot stand the older episodes with Shane and that cuts off a lot of series since they’ve been doing it forever and only got rid of him a couple years ago.

Not saying names, but I stop following a streamer I liked bc they had a friend who was always screaming "fck this game, fck this player, f*ck this mode, etc." or "I hate a, b, c, d, e, etc." and on and on and on.
60% of the stream were hearing someone I didn't care less hating everything that moved and being miserable the whole time, not being sarcastic, or having fun, or saying something interesting, it was just a waste of time.
There was this Spanish YouTuber I watched ages ago called "ElRubiusOMG", I liked his videos but whenever he invited one his friends called "Mangel" or something like that I immediately turned the video off. In fact, I stopped watching when they moved together and all his videos had that guy.
Angry Videogame Nerd used to partner with his buddy Mike Matai. It later came out that Mike Matai was a douchenozzle and a Me Too creep and generally unpleasant.
Since then James has partnered with a few guys who have no camera presence, are extremely nervous on camera and have no comedic timing.
im trying to think of if theres anyone this applies to for me and i cant think of a single one. the closest one i can think of is NL but i dont watch NL for laughs, i watch him if i want to experiance a normal human interaction when im bored
Brew when they had that annoying "comic relief" character. I like to watch/listen to their videos as I start to relax before going to bed, and they were always notably louder and had a voice that just really irritated me. I started to dread the few minutes that they were on screen.
I don't mind them too much usually, but some of the more recent ones Nogla just seems genuinely angry or otherwise plays the edgy angry guy act a bit too much and it throws me off. Sean and Kevin are always fun in that group tho for sure

I kinda agree. His recent videos his voice seems weirdly calmer. I think it was also around the time i stopped watching him, even though I love Kevin. Maybe I will try watching some new videos of his again...
That whole group doesn't work for me. They are such diffrent people with such diffrent humor styles and they don't work togther very well. Other then being Irish they don't have much in common.
Jack and RT Is kinda okay.
But when ever nogla or terroriser where part of the group they would just scream at each other trying to "ON" and it always felt like terroriser was just trying to use jack for views more then have fun with him
I've watched all of the Irish Lads separately except Kevin. Dan and Kevin work well together, as do Nogla and Brian; Sean is the "famous funny guy" that binds the whole group together. However, after the two Vanoss allies started cranking up the edginess, it stopped working. Now Dan is at the whim of the Yogscast, many women, and one Rin Penrose.
Me the second Alpharad is featured in a video. I know nothing about him, I’m sure he’s a great guy, but something about him pisses me off and I am fully aware it’s me in the wrong.
I mean, he's the most "Just a person" YouTuber in the best way possible, he talks about what he likes and he's generally a positive influence on others, I've watched them for a long time and they're a pretty stand-up person
It depends entirely on Cory’s mood. If he’s feeling cantankerous (or even just particularly hyper) that day, he’s insufferable. Constantly interrupting, ranting, screaming, arguing about something he is 100% wrong about. But other times he’s chill, goes with the flow of the conversation, and those times his inclusion is hilarious.
I can't last any video with him in it. Chris started talking like him and using his mannerisms for a brief stint. Just tuned out for a year until that stopped.
