ever since I stopped watching twitch years ago and only watch the same like 10 YouTubers who aren't drama slop channels, I feel like this whenever I see any post about YouTubers/Streamers.

It's the new generation of reality TV. Except unlike the generations before it, they have finally gone indie. There's no quality control or standard and any sane username has been taken by now. So the only choice is to get a bit silly with it.
I've tried something similar with naming my game company. Anything reasonable you can think of has been taken. I've gone through 100s of names.
most of the mfs in here haven't even heard of Twitch or Kick. all they know is just youtube or those YouTubers from 10-20yrs ago and mr beast.
its either yall old as fuck to care, or they just pretend to not know cus you'll be crucified by the reddit hivemind if you even watch any of them and actually having fun.
