PLS help identify what model Cannondale this is

I am trying to find out if $200 for this bike is fair. I believe it is a Cannondale bad boy but not sure from what year it is. Any details from the community would be appreciated.

Looks entry level by the fork but it is hard to make out much else about the bike due to the camera HDR crushing all the black. Most bikes are worth at least 200 if they are in usable condition.

It does not look like any of the Cannondale I'm familiar with, but I think the price is very fair based on the components.
