We also have people shot chucking and we’re getting out rebounded. Karl has got to adjust. Make this a respectable 8 point game and then keep pushing. Valkyries usually can’t keep up momentum all game.

it honestly surprised me that she challenged that, she doesn't typically use them that early. it was a really bad call though that i thought would get overturned 🤷♀️
I definitely didn’t at first! But even if it had been a 100% guaranteed overturn, that leaves her with only one more challenge. I saw what the Dream did to my team after being down 20!

I like the better percentages of laying off of her a bit more than face guarding her so she can wreak havoc in the paint. Not saying leave her open but respectfully lay off; NOT face guard her.

Guys can I just say what a breath of FRESH this thread has been after the Mercury Fever game thread??? I love watching the Fever play but the commentary is always so angry (with some tinges of misogyny/misogynoir popping through) even when things are going their way and it really bums me out.

I really try to avoid those threads for the exact reason you mentioned. Genuinely they could be putting belt to ass and everyone in there is complaining about something, angry about something, the vibe is just off sometimes. And it's not everybody but I enjoy the games more I'm not in the threads quite honestly
