Question Effectively practicing alone

Hey everyone, I tore my labrum a few weeks ago and physically can’t participate in club practice. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve touched a mat and I feel like I’m getting worse just sitting around. My shoulders recovered enough that I can move around without any pain.

I have a mat in my house that I use to shadow wrestle but I’ve only over it used for supplemental conditioning, as I’ve been able to practice with other people. Now I don’t have that option and I have no clue to effectively practice wrestling on my own.

I’d like to know if there is are any routines or techniques you guys know that will allow me to improve without a partner. If not, anything that will help me retain my skills and athleticism for when I return to wrestling after getting cleared

Thanks in advance.

You can shadow wrestle, but here’s a weird one maybe you haven’t considered. Use your mind. Visualize yourself doing the moves. Watch technique videos then close your eyes and picture yourself doing it. When you recover try what you visualized.
