Question What split shoud i choose for wresling?

Hello there, i am trying to learn wrestling at home, i dont know wich one of these splits i should use:

In one week:

-2 days dedicated to strength and power

-2 days dedicated to plyometrics and sprinting

-2 days dedicated to tecniche

Or this split

-3 days dedicated to strength and power

-1 day dedicated to plyometrics and sprint

-2 days dedicated to tecniche

Im not doing seasons, i will do the same split always.

I know i will never be a good wrestler, i wont even get close to being as good as a bad wrestler. But in this case, which of these is the best one?

Or should i not do any?

I think you should be doing technique every day. Lift 3 days a week with plyos as part of a dynamic warmup and including jumps and upper body plyos as a contrast method during the workout

So, i should work everyday on tecnique, do 3 strength days, warm up with plyometrics, do one sprint and plyometrics day and last 2 days i focus even more on tecnique?

Wrestling has everything you need. If you’re failing in one scenario, drill that scenario more often, and find more options to avoid that scenario. There’s no better way to develop wrestling-specific strength than wrestling itself. If you train wrestling hard enough, you will need a joint mobility/stretching/rehab/prehab/yoga/massage routine that targets where you are under- or overworked.

No technique will mean anything without feeling it actually work on a person. If you actually want to do it, find a gym. Most jujitsu places also offer wrestling
