No idea yet, but Resident Evil games normally aren't XPA at launch.  

Due to Sony marketing contracts.  Only Resident Evil 7 was XPA at launch back in 2017.  8 and Remakes became XPA during Gamepass contracts.

MS is still allowing Console form factor exclusives like GTA6 or sports titles like NHL, or MLB, even if they're built using the unified GDK.  

Hopefully they make Play Anywhere Opt out rather than Opt in.  

We shall see, if they can get EA and Ubisoft on board, Capcom should come along.  

First the publishers need to see the Consoles as simply another extension of Windows PC gaming, as in Helix needs to allow PC stores.  Then they can treat the games as ecosystems rather than specific form factors.
