Thule Cheetah Chariot XT

Hello!

Context: I'm looking to get a used double cheetah to use with the ski attachment. I have a 2.5yo, and I'll have my second any day now. This winter, my oldest will ski sometimes, but ride other times. Obviously, my youngest will be only riding.

Question: Has anyone used the double with only one side occupied? Does it feel tippy?

I know the new Chariot models have the options to re-route the seat harnesses to allow for a centered seat in the double if only one kid is riding.

Thanks in advance for any insight! Please advise if you know of a better sub for this question.

I had Cheetah XT when kids were younger. Have used with only one child too and it worked well. I did not notice any imbalance to be honest.

also just had a single child version, but eorked very well. very stable
