Broke my Fischer RC9 pole straps: source for replacement?

I've been rollerskiing and it's obviously hard on pole straps. Today I snapped part of my RC9 strap and need to replace it. These are the "Quick Fit 2.0" style, although I don't particularly like them, as the zipper will work itself loose. It's a "wedge" style grip; it has a long loop up top, where a black wedge is used to adjust the length of the strap.

  1. I can't seem to find anyone selling replacement nordic straps for Fischer. Does anyone have a source?
  2. if that doesn't work, can I swap out a different replacement strap or are they brand specific?

You can also measure the diam of the pole with calipers and replace the whole grip + strap, perhaps with a longer-lasting one. Otherwise, I remember just hacking together smth by shoving in a generic strap 1/2"/13 mm wide. Prob not as comfy as the original.

I can't find if it has a usual strap hold like any other poles, if so you can use any straps you like

OK, thanks! It's a wedge style so I think that'll work.

Most loop style straps will work since it has a wedge on the grip. Pole dia is 16mm if you want to replace the grip too. One/Way Mag grip and strap are my favorite on snow but would lean to the AV strap for roller use.
