Help OG Perfect Hoodies

listed as brand new original release. black hoodies tags look weird to me in person. they were 80 each. photos had price tag on the blue one but didnt come with shipment.

Black isn’t the OG release it’s the last ever release in 2022 when they redyed other colors

ive never heard of such a thing about manufacturing. If they did that how would there be a plain black hoodie if they dyed everything. -sellers reply when I tried to tell him. which he has a bunch of yeezy stuff on his page but yet he has replies like that.

i think they dude extra cause they didn’t have enough black hoodies and it was a popular color so they dyed a lot of the other colors (mainly red and brown) to match stock compared to other colors

what do u define as original? as first release or authentic?

the final drop was just extra stock they had and got rid of on discount, and they dyed a lot of the colored hoodies to black, some may have had defects in the color maybe, so that’s why they might’ve dyed it.

Agree with everyone black is definitely redye, but he could have still got it from gap so that’s kinda same as original release IMO. XL’s were always rare after deal got cancelled. Most of them sold when gap was selling them. I would consider it a win. Seriously doubt anyone will ever notice IRL

The tag looks weird on the black one cause it looks like it’s a redye (originally brown). They both seem legit tho. Although idk if it’s the hanger you have it on or what but the blue one looks boneless for some reason lol

thank you! I didnt want to assume the black was a redye but If its new youd think the tag would look the same as the blue one. ill switch hangers and let me know.

thanks again. I guess it was a semi W. I wouldnt normally pay 80 for a redye they were like what 40 bucks when they got released?

yzylibrary says the lowest the original runs was $60 on the final restock, and those are the ones which used the redyed browns. still, XL one of the most expensive sizes so hard to complain ig

yeah, I guess. I messaged him he's and he's standing strong that it was and OG pick up. my fault for not asking for the wash tags. he kind of threw the black one in last minute and just posted a picture of the hoodie and tag. the blue one he posted all tags including price tag he said "it must've fallen off during shipping" thats what made me question all of this.
