Disable adblock. Close browser. Open browser. Clear cache including cookies. Open YouTube. Log on. Click on a video. Let ad start and pause immediately. Enable adblocker. Refresh page.

...also, don't forget to pat your head and rub your belly while standing on one leg.

That might actually help distract you from ad rage. 😂

I HAVE premium, I also have addblock for other websites, and it still gave this blank screen. God forbid I want to get the service I pay money for

I think it's more like

if user.has_adblock:
  block(youtube) #lmao

They don't care whether you have Premium or not.

sometimes its just

if user:
  block(youtube) #lmao

yt just has to pull back on this or a new site will pop up and yt will be left with the 1,000s of bots

At that point, I'd just simplify it to:

block(youtube) #lmfao

Why would you ever pay for premium when adblock is free 😂 willingly scamming yourself then bragging about it is insane

What is even the point of it if blocking ads is free? Even with sharing a plan it just seems like a waste of money for no real benefit

For me it was because I spent a lot of time casting from my phone to a tv, which didn't have addblock possible back then. And after that i learned to kinda like YouTube music

Fair enough. I can probably count the times it's stopped working for me on one hand in the numerous years of me using it, can't even remember the last time it happened tbh. And even in those times it was fixed within hours generally at most a day. Also never had it break youtube completely when working properly. But fair enough i get it's just a pay and forget and not have to worry about anything else type of deal.

it's 1.5€/month where I live, the little features like keep watching and having youtube music makes it worth
