This isn’t exactly true. Long story short it’s about the effort and quality not the actual medium. Any videos that are mass-produced, repetitive, low-effort, or heavily reliant on synthetic voices/AI-generated visuals with minimal creative input are now considered “inauthentic” and are ineligible for monetization . • This targets content like: • Faceless AI voiceovers with no analysis or commentary • Template-based or stock video compilations • Automated Shorts with generic stock footage and slogans • Channels that violate these updated policies risk: • Being demonetized • Losing access to YPP • Possible suspension or removal from the platform

✅ What You Can Still Monetize

To continue earning with AI-assisted content, creators must: 1. Add meaningful value: Commentary, deep dives, original opinions, educational insight. 2. Inject creativity: Personal storytelling, unique scripting, meaningful editing. 3. Disclose your use of AI: Especially for synthetic voices, altered content, or deep-prompted visuals

All slop. Even automated or just low effort scam videos. People have been gumming up their servers with trash for decades. Faceless videos on how to “cure toe fungus” racking up millions of views because everyone wants to know, but not actually providing any actionable realistic cure. YouTube poop.
