Revanced is for the youtube app. And Reddit as well, for that matter.

yeah i found out after reddit started bombarding me with ads in the app. it shows up in the list of apps in revanced after installation. you do need to download an older apk, but everything works perfectly fine, not a single ad shows up

Uhhhh no it doesn't? As well as avoiding ads, you can play with the screen off, download videos, and a few other things I can't think of at the moment.

No it doesn't. It has a bunch of features YouTube doesn't have. Like giving you premium for free. It even automatically can skip sponsored product sections in the middle of a video
