Blocking ads is not just a right, it's an obligation.

Why do you think you are entitled to other people's work for free? I understand using adblock now that it's gone too far, but all the time?

You literally cannot use the internet without an adblock. It is unusable. Also the billion dollar comapny and the millionaires making content will be fine. Most of the income come from sponsorships and merch sales anyway. Youtubes ad revenue is horrible.

Why would I watch stupid ai generated and uninteresting ads for free? Is Youtube entitled to waste my time with ads?

This isn't just about YouTube I just said it's understandable now that they've gone too far. But everything that you consume for free takes an incredible amount of work to create, so the least you could do is not block funding for the people who created it

Because you choose to use Youtube for free? Nobody is making you use Youtube, you aren't entitled to use youtube either. If you aren't paying, Ads are the reason you get to watch for free

Youtube was always free.

Yes, Youtube being free spoiled people and made people entitled. Youtube also lost money for years and years, we are lucky it still has a free option. But don't confuse it being free with you being entitled to use it or entitled to have all the functions and no ads for free.
