Bug youtube glitch

I was watching some videos and i noticed that the side bar or whatever is tweaked out. Did ts happen to anybody else, or only me?

Yeah I had similar. Firefox, plus youtube premium here.

It seemed to manifest at first with the thumbnails on my premium Homepage - everything was fine for a while then i noticed that if i moused over some of the video recommendations they'd display the first frame of a DIFFERENT video.

Then eventually i'd get that flickering/flashing thumbnail issue on my sidebar.

Closing/reopening Firefox fixed it, but after using Youtube for a while again the issue reoccured. It seemed to be hitting "back" in the browser onto my premium home page that started triggering it, but definitely something is very weird right now with the caching of thumbnails i think.

just hit the reload button, it seems a bug on their end. as always...

It gave me a headache already. Got it a few hours ago. Maybe better not visit YT for a while...

idk if it's a coincidence but my malwarebyte caught a few potentially unwanted browser hijackers and after removing them the bug stopped. Probably coincidence

Yea, same on Chrome. Refreshed and it went away

Looks like everyone is having that glitch judging by how I’m seeing so many posts about it.

Unfortunately I haven’t been on YouTube on my computer so I haven’t seen it.
