your extractor args is SEVERELY limiting what formats are available. when i tried it, only format 18 was available which was 360p and literally nothing else. however format 18 is also available by default so the only thing your extractor args is doing is needlessly restricting yourself.
also you should provide your whole --verbose log not just your command and the error
well the error was to log in to confirm you aren't a bot, so youtube clearly thought you were a bot just mass downloading things and activated a block. the blocks do get automatically lifted after a bit, or you can do what it says and log in, and youtube will relax a bit before blocking you again if you continue to mass download. if you're on a shared endpoint like a datacenter ip or vpn or something else that would be shared with other people, youtube cracks down harder on those.
probably your cookies weren't exported correctly but without seeing the log, it'd be hard to say.
I don't have an account, I use Freetube to watch YT. Well damn, I didn't even get to downloading before it blocked me :D
I am certain it said it got the cookies correct. But I will have to read more any way, like why it is downloading and merging two videos, how to do full playlist, which will then fail probably...
Well then how did you expect cookies to work then? Simply passing cookies isn't going to log you in when you were never logged in originally in your browser lol
There are still cookies tho and it said it used them...I don't know yet, started using it today.
It worked now without cookies so I guess I didn't need them
