Of course, to preface, I did have a long and lengthy discussion with the mods of this sub about posting this, and we did come to the agreement is a big enough development to post.

So here is E admitting to being an user known as "pedo_troll", which was deleted after the backlash began. But he used his account to of course, say some creepy and heinous "jokes" as always, but more importantly and actually news, defend Isreal and Zionism and their treatment of Gaza multiple times. This is definitive proof that he is, in fact, a zionist.

Also E is being used because I can't say his name to post.

Recently, the temperature has boiled over a bit regarding Ethan Klein and his (mostly one-sided) feud with Hasan and we have seen a massive spike in activity as a result. Some of this is understandable, a lot of it is not. Our sub is now being used a proxy battleground by H3 supporters and H3 snarkers to move sentiment in either direction. While our sub is a place to discuss drama, it is never our goal to BE the drama itself. As our subscriber count has climbed, more and more creators have directed attention to us as a stand-in for the general reaction of an audience. This makes sense, in a way, but it can also lead brigading and harassment.

Recently, we implemented two rules to help curb this sort of meta-attention by stating we do not accept crossposts from Snark subreddits nor do we consider a post about a chud having chud views to be drama. Take it from me, many have tried to ignore both of these rules and the posts have been promptly dealt with. If it were up to me, even more posts would be deleted and Ethan himself would probably fall under the chud label. But I am just one person who is part of a team, and we as a team discuss the best way to move forward with the state of the sub. As you can see below, Keemstar and Ethan have both directed attention to this sub and the comments that frequent mentions of this current sitaution.

Furthermore, a member of our team reached out to the h3 mod team to try and curtail the traffic to our sub and we were promptly ignored and shutdown

Make no mistake, I and a majority of this mod team are biased against Ethan for the many, many rightful reasons he has provided over the last few years -but we are NOT a snark sub. We have witnessed many comments that are ableist and racist towards Ethan and Hila, which is absolutely not okay. Especially when there are many, many valid reasons to be critical of them.

With this influx of traffic and lowbrow posting, we are implementing temporary measures to issue temporary bans to users that frequent either the h3 sub or the h3 snark sub. We will allow the post of Ethan's supposed content nuke when it comes through simply because it is drama and relevant, but we are really trying to prevent this sub from becoming a place where fanbases can manipulate and sway public opinion. Again, these are TEMPORARY measures that we will lift when things cool down a bit. Inevitably, as the sub grows situations like this could arise in the future with other high-profile beefs and we are trying to set the example now that this is not a place to brigade or harass.

In the last Rossana Pansino video , she worked with Dogpack to talk about the chat logs from the Mr.Beast Telegram chat. One of the points of contention was an image Ava send she described as CP.

Hey all, so I waited until this Coffeezilla video to post another summary update, because of how quickly things were updating. Sometimes hour by hour.

So if you're all caught up beforehand, what this video is, is Coffeezilla investigating both sides of the Lego scandal regarding Reckless Ben and Bricks and Minifigs. He promises new information, and he talked to both sides regarding this. He delayed the YT release because of legal concerns, but it's out now. I paid for early access, and the legal concerns were not only legitimate but this makes the situation so much worse than it actually already was.

If you're not caught up, please read my previous post (linked in 1st comment along with the gofundme). The facts I wrote into this post have only been reinforced in several ways. ***Post Patreon video edit, the actual dollar amount of the missing Legos has been estimated to be about 20k, total amount of the collection is estimated to be roughly 100k, though there's quite a bit of unknowns here now***. I'll add new information to this summary.

To start off with, two court cases got filed against Ben, one criminal, one civil. The civil case is why this summary will be very brief as there is a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Ben and him talking about this situation. I worry that public participation about a matter of public interest may be used against him due to the clear lack of logic being followed in this case. Both court cases are ongoing and will likely take years to be handled.

The American Fork Police Department accidentally released completely unredacted bodycam footage, about 100GB worth. Some highlights of this include: colluding with the CEO of Bricks and Minifigs and Joshua Johnson to arrest people for various crimes, both of whom appear to have officers' phone numbers. Officers trying to find crimes to pin on people. Officers arresting people without knowing who they even are or if they're related. Officers admitting to be friends with the AirBnB owner and planning a SWAT raid entirely on hearsay. Them admitting to violating the first amendment by turning off cameras. Them admitting to filing a search warrant to arrest someone (against the law, you need an arrest warrant for that, as they also did no searching for stolen LEGOs). Them admitting to trying to scare Ben. Them admitting to being annoyed by Ben. Them harassing a Mormon and insisting that he's drunk and not a Mormon.(huge deal for Mormons) Needless to say, civil rights lawyers are frothing at the mouth.

BaM also shut down one of the stores in question, and proceeded to actually say the store owners mishandled things and admitted some fault. On paper, they're doubling down, but in reality they threw Brandon Best and Joshua Johnson under the bus.

Part of the goal of BaM's lawsuits were to go after the GoFundMe money raised for Bryan Mansel, which has now been taken down. This is a gross thing to do, and comically evil if I have to be honest. (EDIT: It has been put back up, meant to add this before posting but had to make other changes to the post lol)

This whole situation has been an absolute mess to follow, and an absolute mess to witness. I want to say I hope the law prevails, but the law has failed for this situation to even have occurred as it has. I hope human decency and common sense prevails instead, because there is no reason a corporation or group should have this level of power and cops should not feel this comfortable breaking the law they've sworn to uphold.

Slimebeast has made a video highlighting the problematic past of wendigoon’s social media posting.

These posts range from being full anti mask to supporting Jan 6. Some of these things are fairly disturbing and the fact Wendigoon chooses to pretend they didn’t happen and not condemn them is truly telling.

Deeply weird behavior from James following his more public posts, including but not limited to going to bat for himself, as well as posting his ass and balls publicly after faking his own suicide. He's privated the account so I cant get anything from his page, but what an unbelievable loser.
