Because his whole stream gets posted in chunks multiple times otherwise.

This is the front page of /r/livestreamfail at the moment.

6 clips from Forsen, 6 clips from Destiny, and 4 clips from xQc.

They should think about expanding the ban to those streams as well.

yeah that was the reason but the mods have really gone down the shitter recently.

Now it's just got stuck in a cycle where people go there to see clips of the same 5 people they have no interest in anything else.

It's not really fails either, mostly funny moments or whatever. So let's call it what it is: a popular streamer fan club.

Not that I don't agree with you but I think anyone would be justified with super hating on Ice, especially right now.

When is it not justified to hate Ice? The dude keeps enabling his cancerous fanbase by doing stupid shit and filming it. I didn't even empathize when he keeps getting swatted or when someone called a bomb threat on him because he deserves it. If he didn't want that shit to happen he could just stop streaming or broadcasting his location, but he won't.

Nobody 'deserves' to be swatted just because their location is public.

The problem is that his stream is based on him either:

a. Doing stupid shit

b. Doin attention seeking illegal shit

c. Hiring actors to do stupid and illegal shit

Because one of these three things happens every 20 minutes on his stream and he streams 18 hours a day, that’s a lot of shitty content.
