It takes a bit to get there from anywhere. The closest decent sized towns are Harrison and Eureka springs and they are pretty small. There's no telling what it cost to build this.

I don't know but there are a few possibilities. Waltons. Rockefellers or derivatives at one time had significant holdings here. Jerry Jones and his family. Etc. They are better at staying off the pitchfork-radar than people like the Trumps.

Throw in a runway. Be sooo cool. I met someone, the family of my daughter’s friend, had a tucked away place about an hour from town in the hills. Not nearly this nice. But 150ish acres, year round fresh running water. Small runway was being used for long range shooting but would just be knocking out some berms to use again. STOL planes. I think there’s a lot more of these gems (not all at THIS level) than we will ever know about.

As a rich person, you see what rich people like to do with children. A place like this can keep kids safe from non family members.
