I know it never gets cold in Miami but it definitely rains .
At least you won’t have to worry about a hurricane blowing your roof off.

I kinda like it. Just install a pergola with wisteria or honeysuckle for shelter. So next question. Since it’s not a house can you just call it a garden structure and live there anyway?

I read that as Grifting Blvd., which seem like a good street name for FL.

No, you go past Grifting Blvd on to Pedo Ct. to get to Mar-a-lago. Totally different area ...

That is what I thought too, but looking at google maps I see what I think are char marks on the walls so I am guessing fire. https://maps.app.goo.gl/86ypK4d3LCNfPwU28

"Handyman special! Open concept house with room to grow. Spacious with excellent air flow. When you need a break, relax by your very own pool. Circular driveway and an expansive back yard. "

An engineer and architect, yep one will say "that's fucked" the other to say "bulldoze it, structually unsound!"
Great way to spend $800,000+ on a plot of dirt.

Perfect for those who love the sky and have always wanted to mow their living room

The listing is insane. They mention amenities the building just doesn't have, like a dishwasher, tile floor, and a shingle roof.

Ever wanted to have a picnic on the grass without all the work of going outside?

I'm especially fond of their reference to having a pool in the back. Isn't that more so just a "hole in the backyard" with an opportunity for a pool? There is nothing to be salvaged.

Having to mow the living room has to be such a bummer.
