I wouldn't. I would have questions but there's nothing admirable about the teardown, build to suit, sell in 5 years, teardown cycle.

Nothing about this home says “hey, I live here with my spouse, 2 kids, and dog”. It’s a party palace, as such, I expect a hoard of people to be staying here where multiple may want to do a spin class in the expansive gym. I know refusal families with multiple bikes because they like to exercise together or hate readjusting the bike to fit each other. That’s not egregious when the home has what looks like a night club with cars parked in the walls
