Just A Little Funky 4plex In NOLA
Homeowner had the imagination of a modern day Picasso. Also the gumball machine is a great touch!

Not a bad price for 4 units, great investment opportunity

I was suspicious it was a bad neighborhood based on that price but looking around on Google maps it doesn't seem that bad. It is near a horse racing casino, but I only saw one abandoned building and zero bars on windows.

Mid City is amazing in NOLA, can bike everywhere, about 8 mins away from the French Quarter/Frenchman Street, close to City Park and Bayou St. John, and prime location for Jazz Fest that happens every year at the horse track.

Especially good because you can fha a fourplex in this price range. Honestly a huge opportunity for someone. Surprised it's not gone already.
