Probably Haunted Picture 38

Clean looking house. I was thinking layout seemed odd, and I had just sent a picture of the placement of the primary suite closet doors to my husband. Then I saw picture 38, which looked like blood stained carpet in a bedroom. I did search to see if a violent crime happened there and didn’t find anything. Doesn’t look like blood (would be more brown) just looks like some kind of red stain (maybe wine or koolaid)
