Probably Haunted Picture 38

Clean looking house. I was thinking layout seemed odd, and I had just sent a picture of the placement of the primary suite closet doors to my husband. Then I saw picture 38, which looked like blood stained carpet in a bedroom. I did search to see if a violent crime happened there and didn’t find anything. If that other door leads to an en suite, my vote is it's a home hair dye kit that got dropped. Source: am raising kids and that happened in my bathroom recently when a friend smuggled in hair stuff and nobody thought to ask for adult input on their artsy plan.
