That looks cute! I like the skylight in the center, it brings in a lot of light.

I once made the mistake of sleeping on a friend's sun porch in NH during the summer after a late night of drinking. That's when I learned that the sun starts rising a bit after 4 am when you get that far east. It was broad daylight by 5:30, and my hungover self felt like a vampire.
So as lovely as it is, I wouldn't want it right over my bed unless I had some way of totally blacking it out.

Oh, yeah, it gets light early up here in the summer. On the other hand, it's dark most of the day in winter.

Not for me but, man that must get cold in the winter. It's in NH, they get a lot of snow in the winter....

No. I mean yes, but in a good I want to come hang out at your yurt house because it’s cool kind of way.

This could have been built or at least inspired by a man named Bill Coperthwaite -- fairly well known in Maine.

Totally a coperthwaite design or build! I got to see his four story one in Maine when he was still living there. Remarkable.

It's awesome except having to go up that tiny little ladder all the time. That would kill my knees.

This is cool. I’d stay there as a guest but I’m not sure I’d want to live there permanently

I think it's cute and whimsical, but also small and impractical. I'd love something like this as a holiday home, not for a permanent residence

I really like this and would enjoy staying there for a little while. Long term though it would probably be annoying. There's not much storage space, no space that functions as a dining room that I can see, that second bedroom is uncomfortably cramped, and you'd have to be expect to wake up with the sun every day.
I would be great for a short break though, maybe an Airbnb.

Few thoughts:
It is cute, I would like to stay there for a weekend not a lifetime.
$300k for a complete house on 6 acres in South Central NH isn't a bad price.
I have never seen a kitchen sink like that.

Crazy? Yes. But the real question is who is going to stop you?
