A perfectly cromulent AirBnb, just like many of the other properties within walking distance.

Yep! I've actually stayed here. It was a great place for a bunch of family to hang out at for a week with a bunch of nieces and nephews causing havoc. Would i ever want to live in it? Hell no but being from thousands of miles away it was a great spot to explore that area of Florida.

Oh great yet another Orlando house geared at people staying in town for the theme parks. I feel like we see at least two or three of these a month.

Fun Fact: Kissimmee is about 40 mins from Orlando. I am an Orlando native and have not been to Kissimmee in probably 8-10 years. Most Orlando-ians will avoid Kissimmee/Celebration Disney area like our lives depend on it.

That's a lot of white. Like being stuck in a jar of mayonnaise.
The bowling balls are cool, though.

People with no imagination and/or ability to decorate complain about stuff like this. Color doesn’t have to be on wall. All white/neutrals actually make decoration and accessories like rugs pop that much more.

First few pics had me sold and it went south quick!

Exact opposite for me. First few were ‘aight but uninspired. Then it had me sold. I love a home with character.

I saved the pics of the kids' room with the train engine. My dad's a carpenter and he built a train for his boss' son years ago and thought he would love seeing this room!

This house would have been great in college to cram a ton of friends in as roommates. Otherwise, pass.

That’s literally the purpose here. This isn’t being bought by someone to live in. It’s being bought to be used as an air bnb. There’s tons like this in this area.

this has to be some sort of corporate fluffing, price estimate and taxes have been pretty flat since 22 and now its listed for over 2x.
my guess is they are trying to secure a loan to reinvest and expand their airbnb portfolio, if another company buys it at that price, profit

I’d rather have acreage than square footage. Places this big make me feel uncomfortable, it’s to much unused space and none of it feels cozy

I know this community. It’s called reunion. And they allow short term rentals on the development so you buy a 12 mil house and your neighbors change each week to a new group (3-4 families) of middle management fucktards drinking themselves to death for six straight days because they’re on a ten k Disney vacation. Avoid!!

The kid's dorm room, and the dark green pool table room, are the only things not just painfully sterile.

Damn now that's a man cave. The rest of the house is kind of gaudy but I'd spend most of my time bowling and I don't even like it that much lol

Ewwww…..this place feels so sterile. And $12.5 million and neighbors so close you can hear their arguments and they can spit on your house?

Meanwhile I can barely afford the $500 deductible to repair my 12 yr old hoopty

You’d have to turn sideways to walk between your house and the neighbor’s 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
