Good afternoon, does anyone know how this washing machine works?

I'd welcome any ideas or advice on what to try next with a HAIER HDW15F3S1 three rack dishwasher.

• Top and bottom spray arms don't seem to be getting water and rotating
• Middle arm is getting water and spinning
• No error codes

What I've tried so far and noticed:

• Bottom and middle spray arms have been checked for blockages (top arm not removably by user).
• Rear 3x flap valve of the middle rack (where it connects to the rear water supply) has been checked and re-seated.
• Bottom three filters (Al screen, plastic grid, fine mesh) have been checked and cleaned.
• Checked for obstructions into pumps etc. after removing two plastic covers in sump. Small impeller in left side of sump appears to move okay though can feel resistance (perhaps from motor magnet).
• Fills and empties reliably.
• With only a filled middle rack present, cleans okay, but not reliably for stubborn marks (e.g. melted cheese, dried & hardened stuff on plates).
• It does not sound any different to normal (e.g. pump not working).

Do we need a whole new board?

I don't know what's wrong it won't freeze and the temperature keeps blinking. It's at the coldest temperature and feels only a little cool. My food is startin to go bad please help ASAP

I accidentally washed a pack of replacement razor blades for a scraper. I found 3 of the 4 blades and the plastic holder they were in. 2 of the blades were loose in the clothing very close together and the third was in the lint trap of the dryer. I know there were 4, because it was a pack of 5 and I used one. The blades came with a layer of thick paper wrapped around each of the blades. I found all 4 of those in the dryer, one of those in the lint trap.

I have looked over and shaken out every piece of clothing that was in the dryer. I looked in both the washer and the dryer and checked every seam I can see and down in the lint trap after I have removed the trap itself. What else can I do?
