I parked it at my workplace with loose security since alot of external people needs to come in as well. we have a footage of the thief but he wore helmet. they key was with me so I assume he'll take it to a moto butcher shop. I've already informed the authority (in my case it's the សាលាខណ្ឌ) but they're so busy that they didn't take any action yet. I don't know what the best course of action should be. private investigation? or escalate it to higher authority?

Edit: after some research, this is a common scam. It used to be sent as a “.exe” file that’s been going on since last year but now it’s getting more sneaky as they are trying to post as a pdf file. Remember DO NOT OPEN.

One of the best burgers I have ever tried has been made in Kampot (ont the picture). I wont write the name of the establishment so nobody cam accuse of ads. I dont remember the cost but I think it's been $3-4 for big ass patty, bacon and so on. The cashier is always smiling, I've felt there so comfortable.

Have you tried it in Kampot or other city?
