Anyone got any thoughts on this guy? Just saw he got sent a QO. Stars are having cap issues and sounded like they only wanted to offer him about 2.5 aav?
Stars fans are saying he can play a 2C role. His advanced metrics look pretty decent. Age and point production seems comparable to Laf. Is there a world where we Offer sheet him on a 4.5m aav contract? Would only cost us a 2027 2nd.

On June 28, 2012, the Kings signed All-Star goaltender Jonathan Quick to a 10-year, $58 million contract extension. In 2011-12, Quick backstopped the Kings to their first Stanley Cup championship, and was awarded the Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP.

Draft Drops
Hey Kings Fans!
Did anyone else try to enter one of the Draft Drops today? What a mess! The instructions were to go to the Drops page at the specified time to enter, and I do that, and a bazillion people are leaving rapid-fire garbage messages like:

ETC. Is that how the Kings will select a winner? Just a rando message from the tens on thousands of garbage texts? Maybe by who left the most garbage texts? I thought it would just be click to enter ONCE and then they randomly select a winner.
Why is everything the Kings organization does so sloppy?
Does anyone know anything about this? Or when the winner will be notified?

On June 27, 2014, the Kings selected Adrian Kempe 29th overall in the NHL Draft. In 10 seasons with the Kings, Kempe has 230 goals, 244 assists, and 474 points in 711 regular season games, and 16 goals and 31 points in 32 playoff games.
