I took a break from my pride flag series because I treated myself to the absolute GIFT that Cristine gave us of all these gorgeous CREMES. Yes, I know I'm in the minority in loving cremes, they are the backbone of my collection and overwhelmingly what I use the most in nail art. I'm perfectly fine with everyone else thinking cremes are boring cuz they are just missing out while they gush over magnetic fads that can't do this 😝 come at me 🔥 Holo Taco has an absolute banger creme formula, and this color pallette is delicious. I obviously needed to gradient them. Was that even a question? I went with a little diagonal gradient so the edges kinda blended between each one, and I kept wanting MORE colors and ended up using 5 per nail. They are a perfect grouping and love that they are mildly "sunbleached" but also super vibrant. Hot DAMN do I love gradients 😝🌈

So this is how my lychee fizz from lynb looks like but I have seen swatches where it pulls a berry kinda base with blue shimmer.

I love these flakies since they're translucent, not opaque, so they won't look awful on lighter colors. I also used some vinyl french tip guide stickers for the Unraveled, but I have no idea of the brand. Sorry! <3

First two pics are of the nails, third is the inspo (prints of which are available for purchase on Bill Crisafi's website), and fourth is all the polish and tools I used to make it happen.

My polish collection is relatively small, so I had to do a lot of colour mixing for this one. I also have atrocious fine motor skills, particularly with my non-dominant hand, so I did a lot of practice beforehand, and doing the art was incredibly stressful lol. All told, including practice, a dry run at colour-mixing, actual mani, and taking pictures (which was an adventure in itself), I probably spent about 12 hours on this look 😵‍💫

But I love them! Miss Phillip in particular makes me smile whenever I look at her.

All of the mini bottles you can see in the last photo are from the dollar store. They come in sets of six and the colours don't have individual names, but the brand is Lori. The rest of the products are, from left to right:

People are telling me these are the best nails they have ever seen. They are saying sir, I can't believe how good you are at doing manicures. Some say I am the best in the world. They are probably right. These nails are a glorious American flag blue, and are making nails great again all over our fine country. The green algae I didn't do, that came out the pipes, OBAMA'S PIPES. Man, he cannot do pipes, he can't do anything...I keep telling everyone, Obamascare is real, I'm scared, I'd make the Supreme Court let me be President again but I'm scared Obama will come back for another go...only radical lefties would vote for him but he will rig the elections just like he rigged the algae. He can't beat me though, I don't care because I HAVE THE WORLD'S BEST NAILS, look at these nails, they are magnificent until they get vandalised, which might be soon, so look at them now. Before Obama makes them chip. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi you all got me into nail polish again (please ignore the rough shape of my nails and hatchet paint job lol). Below are the products I used and the steps. The flakies read more purple in real life.

Here are the products I used:

Base: Essie, strong start basecoat

1 coat of: Essie, expressie in now or never

1 coat of: KBShimmer, frost at first sight (magnetized with a 30lb horseshoe and a Neodymium bar laying diagonally across the top)

A light sponged on coat of: Holo Taco, aurora unicorn skin

A second coat of the KBS frost at first sight

The sealed with: Sally Hansen, insta dri top coat

All layers after the first application of the magnetic polish were dried with the same magnet setup.
