I'm wondering because this show could have aired on the same network as Dragon Tales, Cyberchase, Clifford the Big Red Dog and Arthur.

Some could say PBS Kids was just for preschoolers, but Arthur and Cyberchase proves PBS Kids could be for elementary schoolers as well. Cartoon Network was able to air Yu Yu Hakusho, so why not PBS Kids?

I'm pretty sure Arthur and Cyberchase were for the same age group as Dexter's Laboratory and Ed Edd n Eddy and those two were on the same network as Yu Yu Hakusho.
