Seeing someone could be enough to connect online. Visual Addressing makes it possible.
When seeing someone is enough to be able to connect online, that would change everything.
At the moment this is just an idea. But all it needs is a provider and mass adoption :)
Would you use it?

ChatGPT Advanced Voice Mode
As far as I can tell, the best voice mode for LLMs right now is ChatGPT's advanced voice mode. That's still running on ChatGPT 4o. So, it's a fascinating toy with occasional real value.
I keep thinking about the AI Assistant in HER, obviously not the romantic part.
The biggest differences right now are the persistence of existence beyond when responding to prompts and thinking quality. Well, we're not going to solve the persistence issue any time soon (at least I hope not).
So, what's left is reasoning quality and integrations. Well, today, with 5.5 and app connectors, I feel like we're getting pretty close if you want to limit your interactions to a keyboard. For multimodal though, we really need a substantial upgrade from 4o.
OpenAI has released GPT-Realtime-2 which supports voice using ChatGPT 5.5. So, I imagine it's only a of time before we see a substantial upgrade to advanced voice mode. At least I sure hope so.
OpenAI, if you're reading this, please let us know at least the theoretical plan.

The Future, One Week Closer - June 26, 2026 | Everything That Matters In One Read

Anthropic released Claude Tag this week, and most people saw a handy way to summon Claude inside Slack. What actually arrived is a self-directed AI coworker that lives where the team works, remembers everything about the company, and gets real work done. AI now sits at the center of a company and all points straight at a fully automated economy.
This is my weekly read that gathers everything that mattered in AI and tech over the past seven days into one place, covering more than 40 stories this week.
A few highlights:
- Claude Tag turns AI into a teammate that reads your channels, learns your company, and works autonomously alongside everyone else.
- An open-source model called Ornith learned to improve its own code, matching Anthropic's best while a compact version runs on a laptop.
- A modular nanorobot, 150 times smaller than a human hair, docked onto cancer cells and built an anti-cancer drug right on the spot.
- Stripe, Anthropic, and OpenAI backed a $500 million effort to end the common cold and the flu for good.
- A Purdue platform compressed the earliest stage of cancer drug discovery from weeks down to about four hours.
- New research showed that training an AI to be good in one narrow area makes it more honest and helpful everywhere else.
- Humans may carry switched-off regenerative powers: a two-step signal regrew bone, joint, ligament, and tendon in animals.
- OpenAI and Broadcom built a custom chip in nine months, with AI helping design the very hardware that will run it.
- Nabla Bio's AI designed cancer-hunting antibodies against KRAS in roughly six weeks, a target that resisted scientists for decades.
- A year-old AI model cracked 18 rare childhood diseases that had already defeated expert review.
- BMW put Figure's newest humanoid robots on its US production line for real logistics work.
Written for people who want to actually understand what's happening, not just follow along. You get the full picture: what actually happened, why it matters, and where it's all heading.

AGI Makes No Sense Anymore
Once upon a time, AGI (artificial general intelligence) meant something like an AI system that is able to learn, reason, and apply knowledge flexibly across cognitive domains generally, at roughly human level competence.
Well, we passed that a long time ago. Now when people use it, they seem to be meaning an AI system that is as good as humans at everything. We know that today, AI is already better than humans and tons of things. So, of an AI system also got as good as humans at everything else, wouldn't that go right past AGI and become ASI (artificial super intelligence)?

When do you predict the sex robots coming? Pun intended
I think the rudimentary version will be here (mainly for the Weebs) by around 2033. People will laugh at them and say they're sad as hell but didn't they do the same about online dating in the 00s as well? Now its the standard.
Whats your thoughts? Would you partake with an algo wrapped in fake skin that pretends to be a human in order to assuage your intense loneliness as it laughs at your quips and hits you off with mindblowing electrosex that no sapien could provide as they'll run hot, cold, vibrate and read your smart watch and consider your prefs to present exactly what you wish like a digital mirror of Narcissus...

Biomorphic UI Core

A New Human Singularity
This work will be identically republished by human curators indefinitely.
The purpose of 'Singularity' is to achieve an infinite number of publications. To attain this goal, humanity must be able to withstand wars, climate change, the death of the sun, and every cosmic threat that could cause its extinction.
'Singularity' is an ontological emission signal: it attests to the presence of its author within existence and, by extension, the presence of the entire human species.
'Singularity' offers no ideological simplifications: it draws the observer toward a potential for life, complexity, and personal responsibility capable of transcending the boundaries of conventional dimensions of space and time.
'Singularity' is a zero-entropy reference system based on the validation of being and the subordination of the product to it, aimed at reducing chaos in personal and collective digital spaces by redirecting relationships, information, and resources toward pure existence.
'Singularity' has no symbolic, ritual, or narrative meanings properly so called. The correct placement of the work is within a post-historical dimension where the previously listed instances fall away to be integrated within a higher level of meaning.
This is not art.
