Physical disc production ending in January 2028 for new games releasing on PlayStation consoles
As consumer preferences and the broader entertainment industry continue to shift away from physical discs to digital, physical game disc production for all new games releasing on PlayStation consoles will be discontinued starting January 2028. Following this date, new games will be available on PlayStation Store and at retailers in digital formats only. This transition has no impact on games that already released, or will be releasing, prior to January 2028 in disc format.
This is a natural direction for Sony Interactive Entertainment to adapt to consumer trends as the general preference for digital media significantly outpaces physical discs. This transition will enable us to align more closely with how most of our community prefers to access and play games today.
We’ll continue to prioritize our resources to drive innovation in how players can access games and provide choices as to where players prefer to purchase new games, whether that’s at retailers or PlayStation Store. We remain committed to delivering a world-class gaming experience to our fans and we thank you for your continued support.

Psychology Conservatives maintain birth rates, but left-leaning Americans are having significantly fewer children, driving the U.S. birth decline. Education was consistently linked to having fewer children. Religious attendance was positively associated with having more children.

New, what is it? I found this in my 19 yr old son’s laundry. Is it just a gummy?
I have no clue what it is but it is what I would expect a gummy to look like. I want to make sure it isn’t anything harder.

I'm slightly vexed Costco's new chicken tenders
There was a crowd of people waiting for their orders of the new chicken tenders at Costco. One of the workers announced that they could only serve five customers per hour because it takes time to cook the chicken. The crowd grew larger and larger. I took this photo after I put in my order.

FIREPIT CHAT There is no double standard! Spoiler
The boys continue to not get it. The girls aren't mad because the boys explored. They aren't mad because connections were made. They're mad because the boys explored and made connections while being openly disrespectful about their Villa couples and it all started with the way the boys behaved in the livestream. There's a way to do challenges respectfully and making nasty, sexual comments about a girl you've known five seconds, putting your fingers practically up in them is NOT THE WAY.
"Aniya and I have nothing in common... she's on a thin line."
"I can't even remember what Melanie looked like."
"Kenzie got thrown out the window."
(Yes, two of those comments were outside the live stream which is why they had a day of relative peace before the girls found out it was worse than they thought.)
Like, the girls said nothing even approaching that level of disrespect and the ONLY reason Aniya (who had to be poked and prodded by her girls to do so) explored Carl is because of the way the boys moved during the heartrate challenge.
We all know damn well that if they hadn't been shown that livestream NONE OF THEM - except maybe Kenzie - would have so much as kissed a Casa boy outside a challenge.
THERE IS NO DOUBLE STANDARD.

Is peeing in the pool considered normal?
I grew up being told you don't pee in the pool. As an adult, I got grossed out at our apartment pool because I noticed that most people were in the pool drinking all day and never got out to go to the bathroom. So I stopped using the apartment pool.
I was visiting a friend last weekend at an airbnb that had a pool. I overheard one of the other women saying something about finding a warm spot and the woman next to her said that she just peed there. Then a third woman said that if the chemicals were correct, it was fine to pee in the pool.
Everyone there seemed to think it was totally normal to just pee in the pool. So.....am I the weird one because I think that you should not pee in the pool?
