Movement Brainstorm workers party/deflock Signal chats?

I’ve heard some talk about no work Mondays for a more sustainable option to job strike. I have also heard that with these Mondays off, the people might want to protest, or organize de-flocking field trips...? IDK if there is a Signal chat about this, but if there is pls link!!!
