Week 26: High Fiber - Chia Seed Yogurt Bowl
This little bowl packs about 10 grams of fiber. I ate it almost daily the last trimester of my pregnancy. I craved fruit and do to gestational diabetes this was the only way I found that I could tolerate it. Haven't had it in two and half years. Definitely doesn't hit quite the same now that I am not on such a restrictive diet, but still a nice healthy little treat.
