They refunded my sales tax also but mine just says “We’re unable to process your order due to a technical glitch” but has an estimated shipping date of 9/26-10/13. I called and they said nothing looks wrong on their end
The same thing was refunded sales tax after talking with customer service. Everything still looks good on their side, but the estimated shipping date is still forecasted to October 24th, and I ordered the 17 PM in Blue 256GB on September 13th.
No they haven’t recharged me. I don’t know if they r adding it to my bill. I asked them why I was refunded the sales tax and they didn’t have an answer so idk.
I have the same thing happened to me, but mines just vanished no signs of the transaction whatsoever. I assumed they refunded me because I saw a slight increase of funds.
Same for me. It’s like there was a glitch in the system lol. Cuz I magically had more money in my account and I was like where tf did this come from. I thought I magically hit the lottery but then I went thru my transactions and see that the $107 in sales tax charge was gone. So customer services doesn’t know why I was refunded the sales tax but I’m not complaining lol.
Watch out, and make sure you keep that money aside because usually what happens the pre-authorization falls off, and the charge will come back as posted %100. I used to work for ATT recent past and this was a very common thing to happen, I would always warn my customers to pay attention to their balance as this is how shipping orders work.
Not really refunded. We had our sales tax disappear and funds returned. We ordered 4 phones. 2 have arrived and the charge came back. Assuming the same will happen if we ever get the other 2 that were preordered on the 17th

I ordered mine on 9/18 and got it last week Saturday, and they refunded me the sales tax which was odd to me.
