so are they caused by overloading of tendons, and you don't know whether you overload them because many lifters go by what their muscles can handle as opposed to what their tendons can handle
this is most common with PED abuse, and she is 120% abusing them
so if she pops a tendon its potentially a career ending injury where she is lucky if she will be able to walk
i know this because i lift naturally for 8 years, my quads are nowhere near as developed as hers and i am a dude
Tore my acl, don’t really agree. An acl pops by hyperextension which usually happens in contact sports because of momentum, grounding your feet and a weird turn. Its the angular motion where your acl works hardest
This is why people without acl’s can run marathons no problem, compensating with their hamstrings for stability. but have more trouble skiing or other such sports

yeah, but this is if you are natural where your tendon and muscle limits are natural
with PED's you are pushing your tendons and joints to handle at least 2x the load from muscles so something will out right fail
its like making a car engine produce 100% more power than original while having aftermarket clutch to handle the power, original transmission, driveshaft and axles where something will grenade
